Chatbot: Your 24/7 Chatmate

Chatbots are becoming a trend in digital marketing. It’s true that most people want a quick response when their making inquiries hence it’s not a surprise that digital marketing experts came up with this idea. Personally, I’m not a fan of Chatbot because oftentimes I have queries that are not available in the options the chatbot provides and it’s quite frustrating when you have to go through a series of irrelevant questions only to find out in the end that your concern could only be a handled by a human operator. I believe chatbots still require further tuning and testing so it could adequately converse and before it could surpass the traditional direct contact with a live agent.
