The Other Face of Facebook

Just like most Facebook users, I use Facebook essentially for social reasons e.g. to catch up with my friends or family members living abroad, to stay relevant with current events and social issues, and so on. I’m pretty much aware that Facebook is one of the most influential and innovative companies in the world and ad sales are the primary source of its revenue. However, I must admit that albeit being a Facebook user for over a decade now, I have never quite grasped how mind-blowing this company was until my Digital Marketing professor instructed us to learn a few learning modules of this so-called “Facebook Blueprint”.

Facebook Blueprint is an online learning platform that offers free, self-paced courses, and step-by-step tutorials on Facebook and Instagram advertising and B2B Marketing that can help you build your digital marketing knowledge and bring your business online. It also gives you a certification to measure your proficiency and understanding of Facebook advertising, from building a strategy to implementing it and analyzing the results.

Frankly, I find the modules quite exhaustive but not completely difficult to comprehend. Although, I don’t think you can fully understand each module in one run-through. But one thing’s for sure, Facebook Blueprint is something every marketer MUST LEARN or better yet, MASTER! The lessons are compelling and it will make you appreciate how genius the people are behind Facebook.



I was able to complete 8 modules already and I intend to learn more whenever I get the chance to do so. Hopefully, I could finish and master all the courses. Below is a list of the learning modules I have proudly completed. :)
